Photography with panning	Photography with slit camera

Out of two sheets of photographs above, Photo-1 have used a general camera with panning, Photo-2 is a photograph with the slit camera.

It seems a similar photograph because two sheets of photographs reproduced a the same - type vehicle at the identical angle.

When attempting to see two photograph well, it can find the difference of both.

In case of a general camera with panning, even if the train is very fast, the scenery of the neighborhood can take the condition of blur.

But in case of a slit camera , the all subject except the train flows and this image have not relations about the size with the movement speed of the film. It can see the image like line and band.

In case of panning , to cut shutter - when the train comes to the true side exactly to reproduce a train clearly is important.

But in case of the slit camera, when taking a photograph diagonally, the image which can be always diagonally seen can the photograph be taken.
